Creating a modern, governed hub that gives 2,000+ employees self-service access to approved brand resources.
One home for every brand resource.
2,000+ employees · 10 regional offices · one source of truth
Original materials are confidential. I’m happy to walk through the work in conversation.
More than 2,000 employees across 10 regional offices needed one reliable place to find current brand templates and marketing resources. The existing SharePoint site was outdated, scattered and hard to navigate, slowing routine work and raising the risk of inconsistent brand execution. The goal was a modern, governed hub that enabled self-service without weakening brand standards.
I developed and launched Brand Central, rebuilding the SharePoint hub from the ground up. I defined the strategy and information architecture, built the site, wrote the launch communications and led the design team in creating new templates and optimizing existing assets. I also authored and commissioned Knowledge Center how-to guides to support brand education and self-service.
The hub brings together the comprehensive TGS brand guidelines and the AI Brand Guidelines, both of which I authored, along with writing style and TGS nomenclature, the corporate deck, business-unit PowerPoint templates, event and regional stationery templates, employee advocacy tools, marketing videos and access to the digital asset management platform I manage. An AI agent helps users quickly find answers and templates and guides them in creating on-brand collateral.
Within four months, Brand Central reached 555 unique users and 945 visits. It has become the primary source for approved brand resources, improving brand consistency and reducing reliance on the Marketing team for routine tasks, freeing the team to focus on strategic work.
