A 12-page executive summary that turned a complex technical proposal into a clear and persuasive story.
Twelve pages that made a complex technical proposal clear to senior decision-makers.

In 2019, KBR pursued a PMC/EPCM role for a global petrochemical company. The executive summary, approximately 12 fully designed pages, needed to distill a large technical proposal into a clear and persuasive narrative for senior decision-makers.
It had to communicate KBR’s proposed approach without overwhelming the audience with technical detail while supporting both the formal submission and the client presentation.
As the primary designer, I had full creative autonomy from concept through final execution. Working directly with KBR executives and account managers, I established the visual strategy, information hierarchy, page system and infographic approach.
I translated dense technical content into an executive-level narrative, using strategic layouts, typography and custom infographics to emphasize key messages and guide decision-makers through the proposal.
KBR was selected to provide project-management consultancy services for a project valued at approximately $850 million. At selection, the client also offered up to $120 million in additional engineering and facility work. In announcing the win internally, KBR leadership credited the global marketing team as a big part of the win.
The outcome shows how focused creative strategy and executive-level information design can strengthen high-value business development.
